What to Expect: Through engaging activities, open discussions, and practical strategies, we'll explore the building blocks of resilience, from identifying emotions to developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Who is Invited: The workshop is for kids who are in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade and their parents/guardians.
